1. Return Period and Eligible Countries

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Luxembourg
  • Canada
  • Switzerland

2. Defective Products

Please email us with photographs of the defective product.

A refund will be issued within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Keeping the Product With a Partial Refund

You may keep the product and receive a partial refund equal to 30% of its purchase price.

4. Replacement of a Defective Product

You may keep the defective product.

A replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.

5. Sizing Issues With a Return

The product must be returned to receive a full refund.

The refund will be issued within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

6. Sizing Issues Without a Return

You may keep the product.

A discount code will be provided so that you can reorder the correct size at a reduced price.

7. Free Gifts and Promotional Items

Any free or promotional products received with your order must be returned to qualify for a full refund.

If the free product is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

10. Return Processing

Products must be returned within a maximum of 30 days.

Returns are processed within 14 business days after they are received.

11. Important Information

Returns remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by our logistics warehouse.

No refund will be issued for products received more than 30 days after the return request or applicable return deadline.

All returns must be sent to our designated logistics warehouse.
